WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

30 minute massage = £35.00

60 minute massage = £50.00

Scar Work Therapy 60 minutes = £55.00

My prices go by time of treatment.  Sports, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Deep Tissue massage are the same price.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

​Before we begin your massage, I will go through your consultation form with you and ask relevant health history. I will then step out of the room or behind a screen to let you get undressed. I will advise you to undress to your comfort zone however underwear is required to be worn during your appointment.

I will always explain what we will work on during the appointment. 

​I have to right to refuse or stop a massage if I feel myself or my client is no longer safe and I have a zero tolerance to aggressive and sexual behaviour.

 

WHAT IF I FEEL UNWELL ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT?

If you feel unexpectedly unwell either the day before, or the day of your appointment, please cancel/reschedule as soon as possible. If your body is fighting any kind of infection whether it’s bacterial or viral, getting a massage will not help you in the acute stage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I appreciate that circumstances may arise and booking amendments are sometimes necessary. Cancellations can be incredibly hard to fill and hugely affect my small business, therefore I respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

​You are required to pay in FULL for your session before 24 hours which is in line with the BOOKING POLICY. This can be done by Bank Transfer. If you have not paid for your session or been in contact with me to let me know otherwise, you risk your session being cancelled and I will not be liable to chase anyone up to do so. Bank Details can be found in your invoice which is emailed to you 2 days before your appointment. Please check your junk folder.

​Cancellation within 24 hours of your booking or if you do not show up for your appointment will result in full payment for the missed session being taken.  Card details are taken at the time of booking an appointment for this circumstance.

If you have booked using a gift voucher, you are not able to reuse the voucher if you have cancelled within 24 hours or not turned up to your appointment.

​Confirmation and reminder emails are sent on the day of booking the appointment and 24 hours before your appointment.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

You will receive an invoice, by email, 2 days before your appointment.  The invoice will contain details to pay via Bank Transfer. If you would prefer to pay by cash, please let me know as soon as possible after booking.
