My name is Emily O'Brien. I am a Sports Massage Therapist also offering Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, De-Stress Massage and Baby Massage classes. I am also a qualified ScarWork therapist offering treatments to those who struggle physically and emotionally with their scars.
I was previously a professional Dancer and performer in Musical Theatre and through dealing with my own injuries and witnessing others, my fascination with anatomy, injury and rehabilitation began. When I retired from performing, I retrained as a Massage Therapist at the London School of Massage and found a new passion in Massage Therapy.
With my background in Dance I have a greater understanding of injuries and how the stresses and strains from sports and every day life can impact your body and mind.
I am a firm believer that Massage plays a massive role in injury rehabilitation, relaxation and aiding stress and anxiety. All you need to do is to book in for a massage to see for yourself.

"I highly recommend Emily's Massage Therapy. Very friendly and professional! Taking all the necessary measures needed for COVID-19 but still made it a very welcoming experience.I paid for a deep tissue massage and it was outstanding. Emily also gave me several stretching and posture exercises, which was a nice added touch. The online booking service was very easy to use. I will definitely be using Emily's Massage Therapy again."
"Emily is great. She is very friendly, patient and understanding. She applies the right amount of pressure and is very intuitive about finding painful areas. She really cares about massage and this shines through in her practice. I'm always relieved of pain after seeing her"
