Quadriceps Self Massage

For those of you who are at home and working out, cycling, running more, here is a little self massage video for tired and sore Quadriceps. Make sure to keep the pressure at a medium level. You shouldn't want to tense up your muscles due to pain. Remember "comfortable discomfort." Hope it helps!!
